What's New in January/February

Wow!  What a month!

We started the new year off with a bang with a shipment that arrived New Year's Eve with the oh so lovely Journey collection by Northcott among others!  (Read about this shipment here) To see all of January's arrivals, click here.

The rest of the month was pretty quiet as I took some time to recharge and work on some of the "boring" behind the scenes tasks to prepare for the onslaught of new fabric that's on order!  

Yesterday had two huge shipments arrive that were originally due in December and I couldn't be more thrilled to share them with you!  These will also be able to be found in February arrivals, check all of them out here!

First to arrive was one that I have been so anxious to get my hands on!  Northcott shipped the Bliss Bold and Bright line as well as a few new prints and some restocks of old favourites!

I can't stop staring at all of the pretty in one place and my mind is racing to figure out what to make with these prints!  

I think I am going to be crazy enough to attempt the quilt pattern that goes with this collection.  Crazy I say.. because I have never quilted before.  I know I should probably start with a smaller easier project, but this one is just calling to me!  

Also in this shipment were a few prints from Northcott's Orchids in Bloom collection.  I think these prints would make the most gorgeous bags!

Also originally expected in December were a few prints from FIGO's Simple Pleasures collection.  Is anyone surprised that I had to order the dog print? 

The second shipment arrived right on the heels of the first and contained only one designer in it, new to the shop!

Do we have any Tula Pink fans reading this post? 

Most of her Linework collection arrived (the remaining two prints should come with the next shipment) and a good selection of her True Colors line were in this shipment! 

Linework is a gorgeous collection of black and white animal prints with coordinates and just a touch of rainbow! 

Tula's True colors come in a selection of prints and tons of colours!  We stocked all of the Fairy Dust ombre prints as well as a selection of Wildflower, Mineral and Hexy!

We also have some pre-cuts on back order, but some white and black design rolls by Free Spirit Fabrics tagged along on this order.

Expected in April (could be a little behind due to the pandemic) are precuts as well as a selection of yardage from Tula Pink's Curiouser and Curiouser collection!
