If you EVER have a concern, complaint or issue, we want to hear about it first! If we don't know there is an issue, we can't make it right!
Refunds/Exchanges
Please read all product descriptions carefully
We include quantity information in all fabric listings (sold by the half yard, yard, etc.) and we also include a photo of every bolt of fabric as received to give you a better idea of pattern size and direction.
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on cut pieces of fabric, however if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us first and we will try to make it right!
We endeavor to get things right the first time; however, if you received a short cut, please contact us with the details per our Cutting Policy.
Pricing Policy:
We try our best to get our listings right the first time but occasionally there is a mistake or typo. If there is an incident where the pricing is obviously wrong due to human error, the shop will contact you with one of two options:
1) The regular price less a discount will be offered per the Scanner Price Accuracy Code as maintained by the Retail Council of Canada:
(a) if the correct price of the product is $10 or less, the retailer will give the product to the customer free of charge; or
(b) if the correct price of the product is higher than $10, the retailer will give the customer a discount of $10 off the correct price.

Lost Packages & Delivery Delays
Our goal is to get all shipments to the post office within 48 hours of receiving your order (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
As a small business, we can't afford to replace your order if it goes missing in transit, as such, we are only offering tracked shipping services that offer liability coverage. This protects both our customers and our business.
If you think that your package has been lost in the mail or has taken an excessive amount of time to arrive, please contact us to start the inquiry process with the postal service!
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to start the process and get back to you.
Quality Concerns
We stand behind our product! If you have a quality concern please let us know so we can make it right!
If you receive defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with a photo showing the issue and we will investigate immediately.
